Join Wren to create your own bud vases, and make the most of late-summer flowers! In the morning, Wren will teach students how to slab-build a vase using templates she provides. Then, students will be guided to customize their own manila paper templates for mini vases. In the afternoon, Wren will cover surface design techniques so students can decorate their vases with colored slip and underglaze. This workshop will provide beginner students with a solid foundation in slab-building and will expand the toolkits of experienced makers. Tools, materials, and firings included. Pre-requisites: no experience necessary. Ages 14+
