The art of traditional sign writing begins with a handful of basic techniques that can produce vibrant artwork across a spectrum of styles and uses. Learn the fundamentals of designing and producing traditional, hand-painted signage and help MAXT give its visitors clear (but creative!) directions throughout our new space at Noone Falls. Instructor Lorin Baeta has nearly 20 years of professional signmaking experience with formal education in graphic design, and studied traditional hand lettering under the world class signwriters and pinstripers responsible for the sets and decor in Cars Land at Disney’s California Adventure Park.


Making Our Move classes are reduced price programs to help MAXT improve our space whilst teaching new skills. All attendees with receive a MAXT shirt and a special thank you trinket as part of their ticket. Your fee helps to pay for our artisan's expert instruction and consumables used in the class.
