2025 Night Market
Vendor Application
Night Market happens this year on August 8th from 5:30-9:30pm (rain date is August 9th - vendors must be available for both dates) and up to 80 vendor spots are available to local vendors of all kinds. We also have special areas for clubs, art installations and kids activities.
Beyond selling, we encourage creativity - Night Market is a place to let your creativity run wild with decor, lighting and interactive fun. Bring us your best ideas - it helps build the buzz and encourage more people to come and shop.
Apply for a spot using the form on this page by May 31st. We will let you know by June 7th if you’re in. Please, no MSM products. Spots are $60.
Please plan to bring your own 10x10 tent, weights to hold the tent down and table(s).
Having some battery powered lighting can be helpful. However, Night Market provides string lighting to go around your tent, and general lighting for the market area.
Please indicate if you need additional electrical access for additional electrical items - these spots are limited, with an additional $10 fee.
ABOUT NIGHT MARKET ‘25
This year the theme is all about the building blocks of community - the connections we create through coming together and nurturing shared interests. There is a lot in the world that is distracting and divisive, making the opportunities to find common ground, IRL, with your neighbors an even more valuable act, and, if we are being honest, essential to our survival! So, we are celebrating the little communities that bring us together and, maybe, inspiring the creation of new ones. We are going Clubbing in Peterborough!
We are inviting makers and artists, if they are brave, to create their own little clubs for the night. As a club host, you will be given a larger space, will highlight it in our market map, and you can use it to curate an experience or instalation that reflects your passions - it could be fun, silly, thought provoking or chill. It can be centered around an artform, music, or whatever interest you share with others. You of course can also sell your work in your space as a vendor.
We have 10 such spaces available. If you have an idea, select "club experience/installation" in the drop down list of the application, and explain your concept in the description section. If we get more than ten club applications, will select the ones that we feel fit the theme and offer a diversity of experience. If you are not selected, you can of course still be a traditional vendor.
